Private Lessons
Are the most personal (and fastest) way to learn—students learn the dances they choose, taught at their current level with an experienced, positive, and supportive instructor (each of our teachers has 20+ years of teaching experience), and they can select lesson times that are convenient for their schedule. You can create a custom program based on your goal—preparing for a wedding, cruise, competition, showcase, or social event, or simply dancing for exercise, confidence, and fun—while training in our new, luxurious ballroom with free parking and a calm, not-overcrowded environment. Our team is trained in multiple styles including American Smooth, American Rhythm, Club Dances, Wedding Dance, Ballet, and Contemporary, and private lessons offer focused one-on-one attention, faster progress with clear step-by-step feedback, and coaching tailored to your body and learning style. A unique benefit of training here is the opportunity to learn in a school led by two professional dancers—so you receive guidance from both a professional leader and a professional follower, giving you balanced coaching, two expert perspectives, and more complete feedback for quicker improvement and real confidence on the floor.

Group Classes
Our group classes are built on a unique, step-by-step system that creates progress you can actually see. Each class follows a logical learning path: we start by learning the steps, then layer in timing and musicality, refine technique, add styling, and finish with performance tips that make your dancing look confident and effortless. We focus on one dance per class day—so in four classes per month, you’ll learn a complete choreography and then improve it week by week through refinement, musicality, styling, and performance coaching. Taught by professional instructors with 20+ years of ballroom teaching experience—and a track record of coaching champions in the U.S. and abroad—this program gives you a clear plan, real results, and a great experience every time you walk in.
Attire Guidelines
Ladies:
-
Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows free movement (dresses, skirts, or leggings with a top).
-
Ballroom or character shoes with a secure heel (avoid street shoes).
-
Hair should be styled neatly away from the face.
-
Minimal jewelry to avoid interference with movement.
Gentlemen:
-
Fitted shirts or polo shirts, dress pants or slacks.
-
Ballroom shoes (suede-soled preferred) or clean, smooth-soled shoes.
-
Avoid baggy clothing that can interfere with partner work.
General Tips:
-
Avoid overly strong perfumes or colognes (some students may be sensitive).
-
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
-
Layering is recommended for warming up.
-
Freshen up before class—use deodorant and consider a mint for fresh breath.
