Arrival & Dismissal

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class to limit crowding in the studio.

Upon arrival:

Wash or sanitize hands.

Change into class shoes (dance/art/music appropriate).

Wait quietly in the lobby until your teacher begins class.

After class, students should be picked up promptly to allow the next class to begin on time.

Families are welcome to sit in the lobby area or enjoy time outside if waiting between classes.
Studio Rules

Only registered students may participate in class activities.

Younger students may have one parent or caregiver accompany them if needed.

Parents observing class should remain in the lobby or designated seating area unless invited in by the teacher.

No food or drinks are permitted inside classrooms — only bottled water is allowed.

Proper footwear (dance shoes or closed-toe shoes for art/music) must be worn in studios; no street shoes on the dance floor.
Enrollment Threshold

A minimum enrollment of 3 students is required to run a class.

Classes with fewer than 3 participants may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Classes with no participants will be cancelled within 24–36 hours of the scheduled start time.
